Pemohon mengisi formulir dengan menyertakan salinan identitas diri\/badan.<\/p><p>2. Pemohon menerima bukti permohonan informasi dari petugas informasi apabila syarat pemohon telah lengkap.<\/p><p>3. Pemohon menerima pemberitahuan tertulis dari PPID dalam jangka waktu 10 hari kerja.<\/p><p>4.
